Getting connected
Once we confirm your building is on our network, most shops and homes are installed within 48 hours. If we need to extend fibre from a neighbouring building, we tell you the timeline on WhatsApp before any work starts.
Just access to where the router will sit and someone on site to point us to the power and the spot you want covered. The visit usually takes under an hour.
We supply one for a one-time KSh 2,000 and it’s yours to keep — no monthly rental. If you have a capable router already, talk to us.
Yes, by arrangement. Message us and we’ll find a slot that doesn’t disrupt your business hours.
Billing
M-Pesa, monthly in advance. We send a prompt and you approve it — no paybill to memorise.
Your monthly cycle runs from your installation date. We remind you a few days before it’s due.
There’s a short grace period. If you’re going to be late, a quick WhatsApp keeps your line on while you sort it.
Troubleshooting
Check the lights on your router, power it off for 30 seconds, and switch it back on. If it’s still down after a couple of minutes, WhatsApp us — an engineer is often nearby.
Test on a device plugged in by cable if you can, and restart the router. Because every plan is symmetric, you should get the speed you pay for up and down — tell us the numbers and we’ll dig in.
Unplug it, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in, and give it two minutes to reconnect. This clears most temporary glitches.
Walls and counters block signal. We can reposition the router or add an access point — message us and we’ll advise on coverage.
Account
Anytime. Move between 10, 15 and 20 Mbps with one WhatsApp message — changes usually take effect the same day, no new router needed.
Tell us your new building and we’ll check coverage. If we’re there, we move your line; if not, we’ll tell you honestly.
We’re month-to-month with no lock-in. A single message pauses or closes your account — no exit fees, no runaround.
Hotspot
Make sure your M-Pesa payment went through, then reconnect to the MagNet network. If it still won’t activate, send us the M-Pesa code and we’ll fix it.
Reconnect to MagNet and reopen the portal. If access doesn’t restore, WhatsApp us the transaction code — we’ll reactivate or refund.
No. The timer runs continuously from purchase whether you’re connected or not, so buy the duration that fits your stay.
No — one voucher works on a single device. Buy a separate voucher for each device you want online.
