Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of the magnet.ke website and the fibre and MagNet hotspot services provided by Mag Networks Ltd. By using the site or our services, you agree to them.

Our services

Mag Networks provides symmetric fibre internet to premises in Nairobi CBD and surrounding areas, and pay-as-you-go MagNet WiFi hotspots. Service availability depends on your building being on, or reachable by, our network — confirmed case by case.

Acceptable use

Use our service lawfully. Do not use it to send spam, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt the network or other users. We may suspend service for serious or repeated breaches.

Payment

Fibre plans are billed monthly in advance via M-Pesa. There is no fixed-term contract — service is month-to-month and may be paused or cancelled with notice. Hotspot vouchers are prepaid via M-Pesa and valid for the stated duration from activation.

Service levels & liability

We work to keep the network running 24/7 and respond quickly to outages, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mag Networks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
